Returns Policy
Spooks Riding strives to ensure you are satisfied. We want you to love what you’ve ordered. We offered returns & refunds in line with Australian Consumer Law. As we are closing down the below returns policy applies to all purchases & by purchasing from our website, you agree to these terms & conditions.
Sale items or items on sale are NOT eligible for return or exchange. All purchases of items on sale are deemed final & items cannot be returned. If an item purchased on sale is returned without prior agreement, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage charges to get the item back to them.
If an item is faulty, it can be returned for inspection with prior agreement & once inspected a suitable outcome will be offered. All items are individually checked prior to dispatch to ensure the correct standards are met.
Products deemed faulty through workmanship will be repaired or exchanged at the discretion of Spooks Riding.
The customer pays return postage and any additional postage charges in relation to the exchange. Any postage charges paid by the customer for orders will not be refunded if the item/s are returned/exchanged. Only the purchase price of the actual items will be refunded/credited to the customer.

Shipping
Standard shipping charge of $12.95 will apply to all orders under $150. Free shipping will be granted to ordered over $150. Express post option is available on any order for $16.95 and can be selected at checkout.
Delivery & Dispatch
Orders are dispatched via registered post, with an expected delivery time of 10 business days. If you require your order urgently, please select & pay for the express post option. All tracking details will be sent from Australia Post to the email address & phone number registered with your order
Payments
Payments can be made by credit card (through Stripe), Afterpay or ZipPay on our website.
